Location & Bus routes

Location & Directions

Some believe a school is best located in the countryside, others that it should be close to a town, to communications and the real world of commerce and industry. Caterham is both.

The school is less than a kilometre from the town centre, and only five minutes from Junction 6 of the M25, but neither is visible - or audible. Screened by beech woods and protected from urban sprawl, the school's 80-acre campus sits at the head of the lovely Harestone Valley, which winds up from the town to the ancient North Downs Way.

London lies to the north - close, but not too close - making cultural visits, sports fixtures and work experience alike easy to organise and rewarding to do.

Access could hardly be simpler or more convenient. The M25 links into motorways east, west and north, and makes life easy for those living abroad by connecting with both Gatwick and Heathrow airports. There is a railway station at Caterham, with regular services to London.
