Open DaysVisits You are always welcome to visit the school for a tour. Open MorningsEach year we hold two Open Mornings on a Saturday. The next one, for entrance in September 2009, will be on Saturday 20th September 2008. 9.30am to 12.00 noon. Visitor AfternoonsWe will hold two Visitor Afternoons in the Autumn Term 2008 which will be on Thursday 9th October and Thursday 6 November. These consist of a tour of the school and a talk by the Headmaster. These are by appointment only. The closing date for receipt of applications for 2009 entry is Friday 14th November 2008. Academic scholarships are available for 11+ and 13+ registered candidates and are based on the entrance examinations. The Art, Music and Sports scholarships are based on assessment. All Rounder scholarships are available for 13+. Bursaries are available for children of United Reformed Church Ministers and Forces personnel. Sixth Form EntryWe hold an Open Evening for prospective 6th Form pupils and their parents. This will take place on the Tuesday 14th October 2008. As the choice of subjects will be a key consideration we arrange individual programmes for the evening. Therefore, we need to discuss options with you beforehand.
