Fencing ClubFencing Club runs after school at present on Fridays. It is run by expert outside coaching of the highest standard. Fencing is a great sport for boosting your body's health and fitness through mentally demanding yet fun exercise. Fencing can develop the arm muscles and improve your flexibility. There are a number of health and fitness benefits that improve your body's performance.



These can include:

  • Develops upper body strength and arm muscles.
  • Improves flexibility and reflexes.
  • Boosts mental strength and concentration.
  • Increases the quickness of feet and hands
