This award will typically represent up to 10% of the fees but in exceptional circumstances, and at the discretion of the Headmaster, may be up to 25%. To apply for an Innovation Scholarship, please use the form at the bottom of this page.
The Innovation Scholarship is for pupils who can demonstrate a high level of creativity and problem-solving capability within the digital and/or design space, for example in coding, app design, web design or similar digital applications, or the design and creation of products, prototypes or objects.
Pupils will need to submit a completed project, such as a game, app, photographs or film of a prototype, or website that they have designed and created. This should be submitted alongside an explanation and/or overview of the project, and, in addition, how they envisage developing these and new skills whilst at Caterham, and what other projects they might attempt in the future.
Please note that those pupils selected for further consideration will be invited to attend an interview and practical assessment at Caterham School.
Please note that once you have submitted the scholarship form, an acknowledgement will appear on the screen and in addition you will receive an acknowledgement email – please can we ask that you check your spam or junk folder should this not appear in your inbox. Thank you.
