Summer School

Launching Summer 2026

We’re delighted to announce the launch of the Caterham Summer Holiday Programme, a unique opportunity for young people to experience the very best of Caterham School – an award-winning independent school recognised nationally for innovation, wellbeing, and academic excellence.

All courses are designed and delivered by Caterham School’s expert teaching and coaching staff, ensuring the same high standards, forward-thinking approach, and nurturing environment that have earned the school accolades including Best Use of Technology Award (TES)Independent School of the Year for Wellbeing, and Best Use of EdTech Award (Education Business Awards).

We will be running two exceptional programmes side by side:

  • EDGE Summer School – Shaping Future-Ready Minds (minimum B1/B2 English Language CEFR score)
  • Oracy School – Building Leadership Through Speech (minimum B1/B2 English Language CEFR score)
  • EAL English Summer School – Mastering the Fundamentals of Written and Spoken English (All CEFR English language levels)

Learning at Caterham goes beyond the classroom – our programmes bring ideas to life through an engaging mix of workshops, team challenges, and real-world projects, all set within our outstanding campus and facilities.

Students can also enhance their experience by joining one of our specialist Sports Academies, with options including hockey, netball, football, cricket, and rackets – all led by Caterham’s expert coaching team, many of whom have professional and international experience.

Join us for a two-week residential experience, or combine programmes for a four-week stay, available as a day or boarding option on our impressive campus nestled in the leafy Surrey countryside – just 40 minutes from central London.

Course Dates

Our 2 week courses start on

  • Monday 6th July 2026
  • Monday 20th July 2026

Students may enroll in a 4-week programme by choosing any two courses and combining them into a single, continuous study period. For those interested specifically in English as an Additional Language, it is also possible to complete a 4-week course by registering for two consecutive 2-week EAL courses. This flexible approach enables students to design a programme that aligns with their academic goals and personal preferences.
