The Deayton

The Deayton is a bright and airy, contemporary theatre and drama space with floor to ceiling panoramic windows fitted with black out blinds situated on the first floor of the Performing Arts Centre. It has retractable tiered theatre seating for 63 which can be supplemented with further free seating at the front of the hall increasing the capacity to 103 in total. The stage area can accommodate a panel, a lectern and it also has a suspended screen with front projection making it suitable for conferences and presentations as well as music or drama performances. A dividing screen can be lowered from the ceiling to create two rooms with their own entrance/exits, if required. 

Refreshments can be served in the central foyer during breaks or intervals.
