Young Chef Competition
On Saturday 19 January, Holly-Heather (Third Year) competed in the regional stage of the young chef competition, after winning the local heat. Holly-Heather had to prepare a three course meal for two within the allocated time. The competition was very tough indeed and it was great to see Holly Heather get a deserved third place. This was a fantastic achievement and experience for Holly-Heather – hopefully leading to bigger and better things as her passion for cooking has been ignited further! A big thank you to Caterham Rotary Club for their help throughout this event.
