Young Chefs
On Monday and Wednesday of this week eight Caterham students took part in the local heats of annual Young Chef competition hosted by De Stafford
The pupils that took part were Sky-Brooke D, Ewan S, Jimi O, Raya M, Cyrus L, Molly S, Lola M and Candice B.
The pupils had two hours in which to produce a three course meal. The standard of the competition was extremely high and the food produced was of an excellent standard (as my stomach can testify as I got to taste the dishes after judging had been done!)
The top three contestants from the 15 that took part will represent Caterham District in the next heats which will be on a regional level. This will be decided by Friday afternoon so fingers crossed and watch this space.
