Human Performance Institute
This week, Fifth Year and Upper Sixth Form A Level pupils were able to visit the Surrey Human Performance Institute at Surrey University to spend a morning completing a battery of fitness tests discussing how the results could be used as a baseline level for sport training programmes or to determine the state of a pre-op patient.
