Flair Impact, Caterham School Shares Best Practice
Caterham School was delighted to be invited to share their learning and successes in developing a culturally inclusive school environment. Flair’s first ‘Best Practice’ webinar focused on pupil voice, encouraging community engagement with Equality and Diversity initiatives and the use of survey data to develop effective provision. We are proud of the progress we are making to ensure all our staff and pupils feel valued and celebrated.
