Lower Sixth Boost Skillset
Over the past fortnight 16 intrepid Lower Sixth Form Study Buddies have attended a new intensive course to boost their burgeoning coaching skills. They have learnt skills and theories that are normally taught to people in a corporate environment; deep listening, powerful questioning, and the neuroscience of coaching for example. All are looking forward to putting their newfound techniques into practice in their current and future leadership roles.
