Ootiboo Competition Winner

Before Easter the Art Scholars began working on a competition in association with Ootiboo, to design an artwork responding to either theme of ‘Eggs’ or ‘Spring’. There was much enthusiasm and commitment and pupils produced outstanding responses in pencil, paint, sculpture, collage and even baking!

I am very pleased to announce that Lara P in the Second Year was judged as the overall winner for her age category for her pencil drawing of a hummingbird. She has won a family pass to Shynefest 2025, a fun, family friendly live music festival which takes place at the end of May in Guildford, Surrey.

Daisy H in the Second Year and Ebba M in  the Third Year also received Highly Commended places for their entries. The art department were very impressed by the standard of all the scholars work for this particular competition.
