Impressive Win for Alfred D

The annual Reigate and Redhill Music Festival, which has taken place since 1926, offers a great platform for young musicians in the area. Our own Alfred D (Second Year) once again flew the flag for Caterham School and entered a variety of classes and heats on both Flute and Saxophone.

This year, Alfred jointly won the Grade 7 and 8 Solo Flute class. He also won the Grade 6 Solo and Recital class on the Saxophone. These are impressive achievements and reflect Alfred’s dedication to music both in and out of school. Alfred is also hugely involved in choral music and enjoys a huge range of music across his various instruments.
