November Twilight Concert

Our November Twilight Concert was a warm celebration of musical talent, bringing together pupils from across the school. Congratulations go to our First Year pupils, several of whom took to the stage for the very first time—an exceptional achievement. Huge praise also to pupils who chose to perform on their second (or even third) instruments.
The programme was wonderfully varied. We enjoyed everything from the nostalgic charm of the Wallace and Gromit theme tune, skilfully performed on the piano, to a beautifully delivered song from the musical The Secret Garden. A poised and exciting flute performance of a work by C. P. E. Bach was another highlight, showcasing both technical control and musical maturity.
Alongside these pieces were a host of other solo performances, reflecting an impressive range of instruments and styles. Each performer contributed something unique, creating a warm, encouraging, and appreciative atmosphere.
As ever, our Twilight Concerts offer an informal monthly platform for pupils to share their music in the beautiful Wilberforce Hall. They are open to all, and we continue to welcome any pupils wishing to take part—simply visit the music office to sign up.
A huge well done to all our performers for another inspiring evening of music!
