Celebrating 20 Years of Partnership with Lerang’wa School
This week Caterham School celebrated a very special milestone, 20 years of partnership with Lerang’wa School in Tanzania. Founded in 2006 by John Grimshaw and former Caterham Headmaster Rob Davey. In the last two decades over 250 Caterham Pupils have visited the school, creating lasting and lifechanging memories. Working closely with the Lerang’wa School leadership team, we have been able to help build new facilities, including new classrooms, and fund a lunch programme, providing daily mid-day meals to thousands of children.
Through our most recent Giving Day we have been able to fundraise for a new and much needed, toilet block. If you would like to donate to this campaign there still time – you can simply log on here Caterham School Giving Day
The enduring partnership transforms lives. Thank you to everyone who has made it so special and continues to coordinate, raise awareness and donate funds. We could not do this work without the support of the amazing Caterham School community.
