Leaders in the Making

We are preparing our Lower Sixth Form for future roles (both during and beyond their time at Caterham) with a programme of interactive talks about all things Leadership. Over 50 Lower Sixth formers have stepped forward to develop their self-awareness and understanding of how they impact on those around them across five interactive after school sessions. This “upskilling” will not only flow into such roles as Prefects and Heads of House but also interviews for university and the world of work. Speakers for this programme have been drawn from both in house and external experts.
