Laura Hamilton

Laura is a hugely experienced television presenter, property developer, travel expert and entrepreneur, best known for fronting A Place in the Sun on Channel 4. With a broadcasting career spanning over two decades, she has become one of the UK’s most recognisable property and lifestyle presenters.

She began her career behind the scenes on major productions including Top of the PopsBig Brother, and Harry Potter, before stepping in front of the camera and quickly establishing herself as a versatile and engaging presenter. Her TV work has taken her across multiple channels, including ITV, where she co-hosted Fort Boyard, and Channel 5, where she fronted Cowboy Builders and Bodge Jobs. She has also appeared on hit entertainment formats such as Dancing on Ice and The Jump, showcasing her adventurous and competitive spirit.

Alongside her television success, Laura has built an impressive property portfolio, personally renovating and developing more than 20 homes in the UK and abroad, blending design, lifestyle, and business expertise. She is also passionate about all thing’s property, including interior design, and has now designed and curated two collections of her own wallpaper range. She has also launched successful digital ventures including The Mile Fly Club podcast, My Property Abroad, and her YouTube channel Property with Laura Hamilton, where she shares expert renovation advice and behind-the-scenes access to her own property projects.

Beyond her career achievements, she is also committed to charity work, supporting organisations such as WellChild and The Children’s Trust, reflecting her dedication to making a positive impact beyond television and business.

Mark Young

Mark is a highly experienced media and entertainment executive with an extensive background in international television distribution, acquisitions and strategic business development. He is Chairman of Synchronicity Films, the award-winning Scottish production company behind acclaimed dramas including The Cry and The Tattooist of Auschwitz.

Over the course of his career, Mark has held several senior leadership positions across the television industry, including roles at IMG Media, BBC Worldwide and ITN. At BBC Worldwide, he served as Managing Director of Global Television Sales and was a member of the Main Board. He is widely recognised for his commercial expertise, strategic leadership and longstanding relationships across the international media sector.

Stephanie Lindo

Stephanie is an Old Caterhamian who studied Drama at the University of Birmingham before beginning a career in broadcast copywriting. Determined to pursue her passion for performance, she went on to train at the Royal Academy of Music, where she further developed her skills as a singer and actor.

Following a role in The Osmonds Musical, Stephanie toured the UK and Ireland for two years with the acclaimed production of Wicked. During the tour, she performed as part of the ensemble and served as First Cover for the principal role of Nessarose, giving her the opportunity to step into one of the show’s most important supporting roles. Performing in such a globally celebrated musical was a defining chapter in her career, allowing her to showcase both her versatility and stage presence in a demanding large-scale production.

Her experience with Wicked is a standout highlight of her performing journey and reflects her dedication to musical theatre at the highest level.

Lisa McMullin

Lisa is an established television writer who has worked on shows such as Death in Paradise, The Sister Boniface Mysteries, and Jimmy McGovern’s Moving On. She was part of the RTS and BAFTA Award-winning writing team on Casualty and has also written for BBC continuing drama series EastEnders and Doctors. Lisa is currently developing a contemporary drama series with Hat Trick and HTM Television and has written a pilot comedy drama for Showtime.

She has original comedies and dramas optioned and developed by Wall to Wall, Red Planet Pictures and BBC Studios and was commissioned in 2021 to write a comedy drama script for John Yorke’s BBC Studios’ Writers’ Workshop. Lisa has written extensively for audio with Big Finish Productions. Her Doctor Who audio drama Wink was voted best audio by Doctor Who Magazine in 2023, and in 2021 she was on the writing team for the Audie Award winner: Stranded.

Lisa is also the lead writer of the recently announced feature film Hear Me Roar and has a second feature in development. Prior to writing for television, Lisa wrote for the theatre, with plays such as Siren Song, Priceless and Rapture.

Frederick D. Stephenson

Frederick is a producer, director, and writer recognised for his work in independent film and television production. His credits include projects such as The Tone (2017), Heads & Tails (2015–2016), Clippings (2015), Torn: A Shock Youmentary (2014), and Dark Red (2018), where he has worked across executive production, associate production, and creative development roles.

His work is driven by a passion for compelling storytelling, character-focused narratives, and innovative independent productions. Alongside his work in film and television, Frederick is also a trained professional chef. His culinary background complements his creative work, reflecting the same attention to detail, discipline, and appreciation for craft that inform his approach to storytelling and production.

Ben Heather

Ben is a versatile Freelance TV Editor with a reputation for delivering sharp, engaging edits across entertainment including Strictly Come Dancing, documentary, factual entertainment, comedy, reality, and panel shows.

Having worked his way through leading post-production facilities, including a staff editor role at Evolutions, Ben combines strong technical expertise with a calm, collaborative approach in the edit suite. Known for being imaginative, efficient, and composed under pressure, he thrives in fast-paced production environments and enjoys working closely with producers and directors to bring creative ideas to life. Ben’s approachable nature and attention to detail have helped him build lasting relationships throughout the industry, earning him a reputation as a reliable and highly adaptable editor.
