MINDFULNESS
Every week from Tuesday 2 May throughout the Summer Term.
We will be running a second Mindfulness (reduced “.b”) course for pupils on Tuesday afternoons in the Summer term. The first session begins on Tuesday 2 May. If you have ever wanted your child to learn a few, simple relaxation techniques to help them deal with the stresses of daily life and academic pressures, now is their chance! This is particularly useful in the run-up to the Summer examination period, and these four hours could be the most beneficial, life-long mental health support skills your child learns.

We have scheduled the sessions so pupils can stay after school and then be collected, or get the late buses home. Any questions, or to book a place for your son/daughter, please contact [email protected] . We please ask that if your son or daughter enrols they do their best to commit to the full four weeks.
