Parents’ Association AGM followed by Cheese and Wine Evening
Wednesday 6 October, 7.30pm
The Caterham School Parents’ Association AGM, will be held on Wednesday 6 October 2021. The evening will start at 7.30pm with the Annual General Meeting, this will be followed by a Cheese and Wine Evening celebrating the work of our Caterham School parent community as we transition the outgoing to the new committee. The event will be in the Wilberforce Hall and you are invited to join us for some cheese and wine after the formalities of the AGM. The evening will finish at around 9.30pm.
The Parents’ Association play a vital part in the school community and we welcome anyone who wants to contribute to the PA (even if you don’t want to commit to taking a formal post at this stage). This is your chance to hear and see how the funds that you have helped to raise have been used to benefit the students throughout the school and to support our chosen charities.

This is the opportunity to elect a new PA Committee. Nominations for new committee members should be sent in advance of the AGM for anyone wishing to stand as an Officer or Ordinary Committee Member to [email protected]. Existing committee members wishing to stand for re-election do not have to be nominated again but should inform the PA of their intention to remain on the committee. All Committee posts must be filled. These are Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and Prep School Chair. In addition parents can stand as Ordinary Committee Members.
