Webinar for Parents – Understanding and Supporting your Adolescents

Webinar for Parents – Understanding and Supporting your Adolescents

We are delighted to extend an invitation to parents and guardians to our next Wellbeing Parental Webinar on Tuesday 14 November at 7.00pm.

Our speaker will be Nicola Morgan and she will speak on the topic of ‘Understanding and Supporting Your Adolescents – what are the biological and societal drives and how can we make the most of them and achieve wellbeing and success?’

Nicola is an internationally acclaimed author of ‘Blame My Brain’ and authority on teenage wellbeing; how stress and anxiety alter performance and learning; the effects of screens and social media; and reading for pleasure. Her session will give insights into what is really going on with our teens, what we can do about it, and how we can empower young people to have active agency in their wellbeing and mental health.

There will be a Q&A session after the initial presentation where Nicola will be happy to answer any questions you may have, as will Louise Fahey (Assistant Head, Pastoral and Wellbeing) and Rebecca Mugridge (Head of Curriculum Wellbeing).

If you would like to attend, please register by completing the Microsoft Forms sign-up sheet accessed by clicking here.

If you have any questions ahead of the evening, please do not hesitate to contact us.
