An Impressive Showcase of Talent

This month’s Twilight Concert was another wonderful showcase of talent from pupils, mainly in lower years. Pupils performed a variety of interesting music and even included an impressive First Year original composition, on the piano, from Ishan N. Elliot W performed a debut, acoustic bass solo of a complex arrangement of What A Wonderful World. A range of beautiful vocal solos were performed by Joel G, Evan G and Amaaya P- lovely, poised and elegant renditions of folk and traditional songs. Pianists included Amara C and Alejandro G-B who contrasted flowing lyrical playing with more rhythmic style. Seasoned performer, George N performed a striking piece by Schumann on the viola with great depth and confidence. Well done to all performers.
