Boarders Take Twickenham by Storm!

Last Saturday the boarders ventured to the Twickenham Stadium to watch one of the most hotly anticipated Autumn Internationals of the year, where England took on the free-flowing Fijians at the home of English rugby. 35 pupils from across the houses were absorbed in a thrilling game where the lead swung back and forth between the two sides, with England’s strength off the bench making the difference: allowing them to finish the encounter on-top. The pupils experienced the rugby village and the club shop as the atmosphere bubbled with a crowd of 82,000 willing the home side to victory. As you can see from the pictures the seats were perfect to view all areas of the pitch and for many of our group, their first experience of a live international rugby match will be one that is remembered and talked about fondly for years to come.
