Caterham’s National Award-winning scheme is back for its 17th Year!

After 6 intensive lunchtime training sessions, nearly 200 eager Fifth, Lower and Upper Sixth form volunteers met with their younger buddies for the first time this week. They have been equipped with coaching and mentoring skills to go alongside their classroom experience of how we learn best. Study Buddies therefore contribute hugely to the school’s approach to learning; that we learn best through struggle and perseverance, not by having someone simply tell us what to do.
