England Lacrosse Brings Unique Opportunities for Caterham Pupils
The England Lacrosse Senior Women’s Squad is based at Caterham School this summer as they prepare for the World Lacrosse Women’s Championships in Japan.
Their time at Caterham is creating some fantastic opportunities for our pupils to gain first-hand insight into the sport. On Thursday 2 July, members of the England squad will join Caterham players for a special Q&A session, sharing their experiences of international competition, training and the preparation required to perform at the highest level.
There is also an exciting opportunity for young lacrosse players to take to the field with the national squad. On Sunday 5 July, Train with Team England returns to Caterham School, offering players from First to Fourth Year the chance to enjoy a fun and engaging morning of coaching alongside current England players.
The session runs from 9.00am to 12.00pm and costs £50 per player. It promises to be a memorable experience, giving participants the chance to develop their skills, meet international athletes and learn from some of the best players in the country.
