Exam Revision and minimising stress series.

Exam Revision and minimising stress series.

As our pupils head into the internal exams season, this week pupils have had assemblies reminding them of effective revision techniques and minimising stress surrounding exams.

Our established Learning to Learn programme delivers the essentials of revision through EDGE and Wellbeing lessons, and all pupils have had sessions this week with key reminders around Spaced learning, Retrieval Practice, regular (but short) breaks, and the importance of sleep.

If you would like to delve deeper into evidence-based revision strategies, please follow this link to a recording of the recent parent webinar on The Science of Revision, led by Mr. Wells (Director of Training & Research).

To further support parents, here are some more links to podcasts and videos on the Wellbeing Hub for you to help your children currently.
