First Year Musical Talent on Show

Our May Twilight Concert featured musicians in First Year and there was an abundance of talent and musicianship on show. Ranging from jazz to folk song, we were treated to a wonderful showcase by our youngest pupils in the school. Their performances were testament to their dedication for music and it was exciting to hear the breadth of music that is taught at the school, mainly by our team of fantastic Visiting Music Teachers. All of the performers showed confidence and style in their playing and singing; it will be a joy to see and hear them develop as they move through the school. Some of the pupils were performing on their second instrument which is highly impressive for their age. And as the audience were reminded, all of them regularly appear in choirs and instrumental ensembles. A huge well done to everyone who took part.
