French Junior Club Celebrate “La Chandeleur”
This week, Les Petits Filous, our French Junior Club, have celebrated “La chandeleur” – French pancake day. It was the perfect opportunity to practice some vocabulary around food and drinks and for pupils to work on their pronunciation. Thank you very much to Tom R. ( Lower Sixth) and Aimee L. (Third Year) to act as “serveur” and “serveuse” and help with the Petits Filous’ French. Everyone enjoyed a nice selection of sweet crepes as well as the French Junior now favourite drink “chocolat chaud”. What a nice way to end a very busy half-term. A bientôt les Petits Filous!
