Helping your child thrive in the digital world
Many of our pupils are currently revising or taking examinations at the moment. In Wellbeing this week, we have reminded pupils of effective revision techniques and top tips for their physical wellbeing currently, focusing on good nutrition, sleep, exercise and leaving space for relaxation at this busy time. With the warmer weather and excitement of the summer holidays ahead, we thought we would focus our attention on how pupils can look after their wellbeing in unstructured times such as the summer holidays when they are not necessarily in a school routine. We hope lots of our pupils get to spend quality time with friends and family, as well as trips away to new and familiar places. Many of our pupils will spend time playing games at camps, reading books, creating art, practicing languages, performing, playing sport and playing music. We are also aware that pupils may spend some of their relaxation time online. To support you as parents and carers with this, we have curated a list of links to articles, podcasts and webinars from the Wellbeing Hub for you to help your child navigate the digital world safely.
