Learn an ‘Endangered Instrument’

The Music Department continues to promote the learning of ‘endangered’ musical instruments and there is currently some availability with our Visiting Music Teachers. Endangered instruments are those instruments that typically in a school setting, have the fewest number of pupils. These include: bassoon, tuba, french horn, viola and saxophone.

If you would like to consider learning one of these instruments, please contact our new Head of Instrumental Music, Dr Brammeld in the Music Department ([email protected] ) We are always excited and delighted to welcome new musicians and especially those taking on the challenge of one of the endangered instruments.
