Outstanding Music Diploma Success

We are thrilled to celebrate a remarkable achievement by Mannix Q (Fourth Year), who has been awarded the prestigious ATCL diploma in cello performance. This qualification is equivalent in standard to a first-year undergraduate recital at a conservatoire or university – an extraordinary accomplishment for anyone, but especially so as Mannix is only 14 years old.

This success is the result of months of dedication, discipline, and passion for his instrument, and it reflects his exceptional talent and commitment to musical excellence.

Looking ahead, Mannix hopes to take on the exciting challenge of performing a concerto with Caterham School’s very own Consort Orchestra, continuing to build on this impressive milestone.
