Paella Perfecta!
Lower Sixth linguists were lucky enough to have a paella demonstration in Spanish this week from our wonderful Spanish chef Amelia. Pupils listened intently to the Spanish instructions and took notes as to quantities and Amelia’s special tips to make a great paella. We then tasted the dish and it was absolutely delicious, some pupils even had thirds! Muchas gracias Amelia, ha sido una experiencia perfecta!
