Primary School Drama Club Performance!
Six months ago our young actors from St John’s Primary School started rehearsals for their devised play on the theme of Friendship. This has become a regular feature in the Caterham calendar, offering our Sixth form and Fourth Year pupils the opportunity to support young performers in developing confidence and performance skills. Performance night was fantastic!
Skyla C (Lower Sixth) took overall responsibility for the whole event, supported by Sam P, Charlie S, Bella B, Ruby C, Chloe E and Lynus L. Props were prepared by Miss Denton and lighting by Skyla C. The theatre was packed with parents from St John’s Primary School, proudly applauding the fantastic performances of their children. The event highlighted the strong bond between St John’s and Caterham School, corresponding with the theme of the play: Friendship.
