Music
Our talented musicians and singers, from all year groups feature in our Virtual Arts Festival playlist in a sublime selection of music, from Bach to Elgar. One of our Lower Sixth pupils Raife N can be seen performing an original composition in virtuosic Neo-Romantic style. Performers have recorded themselves at home both abroad and in the UK with style and professionalism demonstrating great confidence and musicianship.
Caterham School musicians have embraced every opportunity to keep music alive over the past year and this is reflected in their willing participation in local music festivals, outstanding music grade results and their on-going commitment to instrumental and vocal tuition delivered and received from around the world. Whilst lockdowns and social distancing have made ensemble music-making almost impossible, our musicians have thrived as solo performers and this is perfectly captured in the Virtual Arts Festival playlist here or below.
We hope you enjoy this wonderful programme of music and congratulations to all who have taken part.
