Digital Divide
Summer 2020 shone a spotlight on the national ‘digital divide’ and its impact on children’s education. Throughout lockdown, the Caterham School community came together to collect unused laptops and devices and find them a new home at local primary schools to support their remote education.
For the third year running Caterham is hosting the Education Evolution conference which supports educators and school leaders to embrace the best of digital within education. Speakers from the Home Office, the London Office for Technology and Information and Microsoft are amongst those sharing their knowledge at the virtual conference which takes place on November 25.
