Green Committee works towards Eco-Schools Green Flag Award
Our Green Committee – a student-led group – is progressing well as we continue to apply for and achieve our Eco-Schools Green Flag Award. We are actively looking for volunteers in First to Fourth Year ‘bubbles’ to work on mini projects to help us reach this goal and to continue to raise Eco awareness throughout the school. These include volunteer pairs for litter picking patrols, presenting to peers in CPs and managing recycling hubs in the year group areas and buildings. We will offer Eco-School information updates over the coming weeks and months in the newsletter and – specifically for students – in bubble-based campaigns around school.
