ICF Double Success for Caterham
During the Christmas break, Mr Wells, Director of Learning & Teaching and Mrs Moore, our Librarian and Deputy Head of Third Year were awarded ACC status (Associate Certified Coach) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Coaching is forming an ever more important part of our approach to developing both our pupils and our staff to be the best they can be. The ACC qualification requires over 100 hours of coaching to be logged, plus at least 70 hours of training / supervision and passing two assessments! ICF represents the Gold standard for coaching worldwide, with over 30,000 members.
