Calling Singers and Musicians
This term, following the huge success in the Autumn Term, we are once again creating a virtual Live Lounge; a musical project for singers and musicians to perform acoustic covers and original songs.
We are keen for pupils to perform together (you can duet with someone using split-screen) with the support of music staff who will provide your backing track. On the back of the BBC Live Lounge series and other such concert series, we invite pupils of all years to perform their own versions of songs or their own compositions- at home. Recordings will be featured on our social media platforms; Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. There are no formal auditions but songs presented via video will need to be confident and secure and not all entries will be included.

To sign-up, please email Mr Assen and Mrs Richards by Friday 22 January with your song choice and do ensure that you have a music score for your backing track if you would like to perform a cover version. Please also consider how your version of the song will be different to the original.
We look forward to another set of fantastic performances and to sharing them with the Caterham School community.
