Calling all Musicians and Singers
This term we see the return of the Live Lounge; a musical evening for singers and musicians to perform acoustic covers and original songs. We are keen for pupils to work together with the support of music staff. On the back of the BBC Live Lounge series and other such concert series, we invite pupils of all years to put themselves forward to perform their own versions of songs or their own compositions. A sign-up sheet is available on the noticeboard outside the Music Office. There is no formal audition for this event but we ask that pupils ensure a polished and confident performance. Rehearsal will be arranged with you in advance. Pupils are responsible for providing sheet music in a suitable format. The deadline to sign-up is by Wednesday 8 February.
