Caterham Girls Selected for Surrey and Sussex Satellite Netball Academies
Congratulations to Ronnie, Willow and Lucy for their selection into the Surrey (Ronnie & Willow) and Sussex (Lucy) netball satellite academies. To earn their place, the girls had to attend six workshops, with the aim of being selected from the workshop to attend the final trial. With workshops being held in six locations, and with between twenty and thirty players attending each, to be selected to trial was no mean feat. At the final trial the girls impressed the selectors and were able to make themselves stand out from over 120 other players, to be selected into the academies. This is a fantastic achievement and all three of the girls should feel very proud. They certainly have very bright netballing futures ahead of them. Well done, girls.
