Caterham’s Coaching Culture
Mr Wells, Director of Learning & Teaching, has been selected by the Independent Schools Teacher Induction Panel (IStip) to become the lead trainer in providing annual coaching training for 650 teachers in independent schools across the country and around the world. This ongoing commitment reflects the coaching culture developing at Caterham. Coaching tools are widely used between teachers, in the classroom, and in student to student mentoring programmes such as the national award winning Study Buddy programme.
