Highly Commended in Peter Cane Legal Reasoning Prize
Many congratulations to Sophie H (Lower Sixth), who has been “Highly Commended” for her submission to an Oxford Law competition.
The Peter Cane Legal Reasoning Prize, run by Corpus Christi College, Oxford, asked applicants to consider a hypothetical case and relevant law in answering a series of written questions relating to the likelihood of a claim and possible judgments.
Sophie’s submission so impressed the Oxford dons acting as judges that she has been invited to Corpus next month to meet them. There she will attend a Law Taster Day morning at Oxford’s Faculty of Law, a legal workshop and a prize giving where the winner of the Prize will be announced. Good luck, Sophie, and well done!
