HOCKEY TASTER SESSION WITH ST MICHAEL’S PREP SCHOOL
Caterham School Hockey Academy hosted another hugely successful hockey taster session last week, this time with St. Michael’s Prep School of Sevenoaks. We enlisted the help of ex St Michael’s pupils Josh, Fraser (both Third Year) and Laurie (Fourth Year) to deliver a fun and engaging session to 55 young and enthusiastic players from the prep school.
Players worked on their individual skills as well as tackling and executing 2 v 1 scenarios. The boys were then treated to some cookies and refreshments afterwards before heading home. It was wonderful to see the all-weather pitch full of keen hockey players with so many of them showing real promise as well as our pupils doing a splendid job of coaching the younger players. Well done to all involved.
