International Day of Persons with Disabilities
Last Saturday marked the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. To recognise this event Young Voice for Change hosted a discussion about Visible and Hidden Disabilities this week, exploring ways to challenge societal perceptions and recognise strengths as well as barriers.
Eve N (Second Year) hosted the event and invited the group to suggest ways in which can make our school more inclusive, as well as acknowledging what is working well.
It was fantastic to see our inspirational Young Voice for Change leading such an important discussion.
