Making Authentic Spanish Snacks
This week, Mrs Roberts and her Fourth Year Spanish class made the traditional Spanish breakfast / snack of ‘churros con chocolate’ (doughnut sticks in cinnamon sugar with chocolate dipping sauce). The pupils did so well to produce some very authentic looking churros and I know that they were much enjoyed afterwards. Some pupils have said they are going to make them again in half term as they were so delicious. Well done Fourth Year for coping so well with deep-fat frying on a Wednesday afternoon.
