OC Lara Maiklem Wins Non Fiction Book of the Year
To add to a string of awards, OC Lara Maiklem has just won the Non Fiction Book of the Year at the Indie Book Awards 2020 for Mudlarking. Mudlarking is a truly fascinating read that documents years of scouring the foreshore of the tidal River Thames flowing through our capital city. Unearthing numerous treasures, Lara says “it is often the tiniest objects that tell the greatest stories”.
