Top 100 Cricketing Schools, Mr Batty talks Cricket
Caterham has been recognised as a top 100 cricketing school by sporting authority The Cricketer. The Cricketer noted the school’s coaching, facilities and the offer for both boys and girls.
Hot on the heels of the sporting accolade, Caterham’s own Head of Cricket, and former professional, Jonathan Batty talks to The Cricketer magazine about his journey from the professional game, playing from a young age for Surrey and Gloucestershire, to inspiring and training the next generation of young cricketers at Caterham School, as well as showing his strength in the classroom. Mr Batty is also Head Coach for the Surrey Women’s team and has driven girls’ cricket here at school.
