The School Shop is currently open for online ordering only. We are aiming to process all orders daily and get them delivered to your child on the next working day.
ONLINE ORDERS – TERM TIME
You can place orders on WisePay and they will be delivered to your child’s classroom or their registration area. During term time orders placed on weekdays before 12.00pm will be delivered on the same day. Term time orders placed over the weekend or after 12.00pm on a weekday will be delivered on the next working day.
Pupils needing a couple of emergency items during the school day can email the School Shop and items will be added to their School account. This facility is only available to pupils – purchases by parents must be made through Wisepay please.
ONLINE ORDERS – SUMMER HOLIDAYS
Our online shop will remain open throughout the summer holidays. Orders placed online will be available for collection from School Reception after 26 July. Orders can be collected Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 4.00pm. Please allow two working days before collecting your order and collect within two weeks. All uncollected orders will be returned to the School Shop on Friday 27 August.
SUMMER HOLIDAYS – WEEKDAY APPOINTMENTS FOR NEW AND EXISTING PUPILS
Please contact School Reception on 01883 343028 or [email protected] to book an appointment on a weekday allowing at least 45 minutes for a full kit out.
Appointments are available during the following times:

Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm
Last appointment at 3.30pm
31 August and 1 September – boarding pupils only
8.30am to 5.30pm
Last appointment 4.30pm
2 September and 3 September

SUMMER HOLIDAYS – SATURDAY MORNING APPOINTMENTS FOR EXISTING PUPILS
For your convenience the School Shop will be open on the following Saturday mornings between 9.00am and 12.00pm for 15 minute long appointments:

Saturday morning appointments will be released on Parents Evening System (https://caterham.parentseveningsystem.co.uk) from 8.00am Saturday, 3 July; instructions on how to use the system can be found at the bottom of this page. As Saturday appointments are limited to 15 minutes per family, they are not suitable for children moving into Year 1, Year 3 or Year 7.
BOOKING YOUR SATURDAY APPOINTMENT
To login to the website and book appointments, please go to: https://caterham.parentseveningsystem.co.uk.
You will be asked to login to Firefly. Please click on the link within the red box. You will then be logged in automatically using your Firefly details.
When you get through to the welcome screen, please click on the date you wish to book for. If no dates are appearing, please contact [email protected] and we will look into this for you.
You should then see a list of available appointments. At this point click ‘continue to book appointments’. You will see that we have two appointments available for each time slot in two different locations, please only book one of those locations. Simply tap the appointment slot you would like: you should see your child’s name appear. When another parent has an appointment at the School Shop, the slot will appear as ‘unavailable’.
When you have booked your appointment, you will see a yellow box at the top of the screen asking you to ‘click here’ to save and email to you your appointment. (Please note you will only be emailed the appointment if you entered an email address on the login page.)
If you click on the ‘Appointments’ tab at the top of the page, you will see a list of your appointments and there is the option to ‘Print Appointment Sheet’.
